Competition forms are enclosed in the starter packs you have from the 6th September 2011 until the 1st October 2011 to fill them in and return to Dawn Pardey, any forms received after the 1st of October will not be entered. If you wish to play, it is your responsibility to submit the form, not the team captain or pub landlords so please support your league and get your entries in as soon as possible.
Just a few reminders so hopefully the league runs smoothly
1. The postage deadline is 96 hours, as Royal Mail does not guarantee next day delivery in first class postage. The First class stamp MUST be provided by the landlord of the home team.
2. The winning captain should still post the result card, and the losing captain should text the results. Please text Captains name and both teams names in full (i.e. use A or B if applicable).
3. Registration of teams next year must be made at the AGM (or before). The AGM will always be held on the last Tuesday in July of each year, which is the 31st July 2012 next year and will be at Ingleton Working Men’s Club at 8.30. If not registered before the AGM please make sure there is a representative from the team or landlord of the pub or someone who is going to the AGM who can register your team for you.
